Collection of personal data when visiting our website
When using our website for informational purposes, which means without submitting further information, the Business Solution Group only collects data that your browser transmits to the server of the Business Solution Group. When you open or view the website, the Business Solution Group collects data which are required for the operation of the site. This information is stored in the so-called log files of the server. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR.

These data are not personal, which means the Business Solution Group cannot assign these data to a specific data subject. The data will not be merged with other data from other data sources.
The Business Solution Group collects personal information only if you provide it voluntarily, for example, in the case of contacting us.
Without your explicit consent, the personal data you provide will only be used for the purpose for which you provided the data.
Information about the collection of personal data
When you contact the Business Solution Group by email, the information you provide will be stored to answer your request. These data are only used to contact you and are not processed. The Business Solution Group deletes the data that are generated in this context after the storage is no longer required. If legal retention requirements exist, the Business Solution Group restricts processing.
If your personal data are being processed, you are affected by the GDPR and you have the following rights:

This website uses Google Analytics with the extension “_anonymizeIp()”. As a result, IP addresses are shortened before processing, and can not be related to a specific person. If the data collected about you are personal, they will be immediately excluded and deleted.
The Business Solution Group uses Google Analytics to analyze and regularly improve website usage. Using the statistics gained, the Business Solution Group can improve the offer and make it more interesting for you as a user. For the exceptional cases in which personal data are transferred to the USA, Google has submitted to the EU-US Privacy Shield, https://www.privacyshield.gov/EU-US-Framework. The use of Google Analytics is in accordance with Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Personal data are stored for the duration of the respective legal retention period. After expiry of the period, the data will be routinely deleted, unless there is a need for a contract or fulfillment of the contract.
Legal basis of processing
Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR serves the Business Solution Group as the legal basis for processing operations in which the Business Solution Group asks for the consent for a particular processing purpose. If the processing of personal data is necessary to fulfill a contract of which you are a party, the processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. The same applies to processing operations that are required to carry out pre-contractual measures. If the Business Solution Group is subject to a legal obligation requiring the processing of personal data, the processing is based on Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR. In rare cases, the processing of personal data may be required to protect vital interests of you or another natural person. Then the processing would be based on Art. 6(1)(d) GDPR. Processing operations that are not covered by any of the previously mentioned legal foundations are based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. If processing for the protection of a legitimate interest is pursued by the Business Solution Group or a third party, except where such interests are overridden by your interests or fundamental rights and freedoms, it is also based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The justified interest of the Business Solution Group lies in the execution of its business activities.
